New DVD set!
Our new 6-DVD instructional box set is now out. This self-protection tutorial covers the 10 most common street attacks in the UK (2 discs), knife threats and attacks, Gun defences and disarming, grappling for self-defence (ground and stand up) and defending other people under threat or attack (third party protection).
